Peachtree Corners residents will decide on the council seat for Post 5 in
the upcoming election. The mayor and councilmembers representing Post 1 and 3
are running unopposed.
Post 5 is an at-large seat which means all registered voters, no matter what area of the city they live in, are eligible to vote in the Post 5 race.
Candidates for Post 5 include:
- Lorri Christopher (incumbent)
- Cherlon Mathias-Day
All city (municipal) elections take place at Peachtree Corners City Hall in
the Community Chest Room located at 310 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners,
GA 30092 regardless of polling places for county, state or federal elections.
There are several ways to vote in city elections: Absentee Voting by Mail, Absentee Voting in Person (Early Voting), and Election Day in person.
Absentee Voting in Person (Early Voting): Early voting begins Oct. 14 and closes on Nov. 1, the Friday before election day. Early voting hours are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the Community Chest Room at City Hall.
