A personalized approach to wellness

MAGISNAT’s approach to wellness focuses on tailored dietary supplementation and lifestyle interventions based on an individual’s biological characteristics. OMICS tests, such as genomics, metabolomics and proteomics determine these characteristics.

The OMICS Machine model provides personalized recommendations for optimizing nutrition, physical activity and dietary supplements.*

Emerging innovations

During the scientific meeting, MAGISNAT unveiled five innovative patents that address key health challenges, including:

• OMICS Machine: A model that integrates multi-omics data to build a map of the major molecular pathways in the human body. The model can optimize and personalize lifestyle, dietary supplementation and physical activity.

• Genetic Mechanism for Lipedema Prevention: AKR1C1, a steroid metabolizing enzyme, has been identified as a key factor in lipedema susceptibility. Using bioinformatics, MAGISNAT has developed small molecules to compete with hormones introduced in the diet, preventing the onset of lipedema.

• Modulation of Adipose Tissue Growth and Inflammation: In vitro and metabolomics studies have identified sodium cromoglycate, a molecule capable of modulating mast cell activity, as a potential treatment for lipedema.

• Amino Acid Ratios for Appetite Regulation: Specific amino acid ratios have been shown to play a crucial role in appetite regulation. MAGISNAT’s patented approach utilizes these amino acids to modulate appetite.

• Natural Approach to Oral Mucositis Prevention and Treatment: A patented gel composition, that includes Lactobacillus reuteri, a beneficial bacterium naturally found in the oral cavity during early life but present in only 1% of adults. This bacterium serves as a natural approach for preventing and treating oral mucositis.

Advancing wellness through science

MAGISNAT uses OMICS techniques to examine the body’s natural processes that sustain balanced health. The focus is on understanding the complex molecular pathways in the human body and investigating natural, alternative ways to restore balance.

The recent scientific meeting underscores MAGISNAT’s commitment to scientific innovation and improving individual well-being with personalized solutions.

MAGISNAT’s patents represent significant progress in understanding the human body and developing tailored interventions that support overall health without relying on traditional methods.
