Many products in the home are completely safe to use and store until they become waste. When throwing away old batteries, fluorescent bulbs, or pesticides, improper disposal can harm the environment and threaten our water resources.

Bring your household hazardous waste to the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day Saturday, July 20 at the Gwinnett Fairgrounds from 8:00am to noon. There are many acceptable materials and you can bring up to five containers.

This event is hosted by Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful and the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources.
