The Business Side of Restaurants Wins First Place in the Goody Business Book Awards

The Goody Book Awards have just crowned Cliff Bramble’s restaurant business book, The Business Side of Restaurants, the first place winner in the Business, Travel & Hospitality category in their annual book awards.

The book, written and published in 2022, is an Amazon number one bestseller and best new release. For over a year, it has remained on the best-seller list in the service category.

Bramble was one of the co-founders of Rathbun’s Restaurants in Atlanta, including Rathbun’s, Krog Bar, Kevin Rathbun Steak and KR SteakBar. Over a 15-year period, he helped build some of the highest-grossing restaurants in Atlanta, and some of the best restaurants in the U.S.

He also owned Noble Fin restaurant in Gwinnett County, recognized as one of the best in the county. Bramble is the author of two other books, The Marketing Side of Restaurants, and Sixty Things to Teach Kids Before They Graduate College. Additionally, he founded Peachtree Corners Restaurant Week and co-founded Inman Park Restaurant Week.

The significance of the award to Bramble is close to his heart, since when he wrote it during the COVID pandemic. After closing his award-winning Noble Fin restaurant, he set out to help others. The Business Side of Restaurants is focused on that goal.

The fact that the book has remained on the bestseller list on Amazon is exciting to me, and I really appreciate the other restaurant professionals who have reached out to me telling me they loved the book.”

The Business Side of Restaurants has 180 pages filled with information to help others open a restaurant. It is available in paperback, audiobook and e-book formats through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Audible.
