New Local Restaurant, Pêche, to open at The Forum

A new restaurant, Peche, will have its official ribbon cutting ceremony at The Forum Peachtree Corners on Friday, Feb. 10, then open at 5 p.m. for dinner. Located in the former Grace 17.20 space, 5155 Peachtree Pkwy., it features a “modern coastal” feel with an emphasis on fresh seafood.

This new dining concept is a venture from local restaurant group Saltie Butter, LLC, the same group that opened Stäge Peachtree Corners in 2021.

Peche (pronounced Pesh) is a modern seafood restaurant and raw bar with a French twist. The menu was curated by its team of three in-house chefs, each trained at Le Cordon Bleu.

Offerings include oysters, lobster, crab cakes, caviar, steaks, poultry, homemade pasta and bread, pastries and other desserts. In addition to the food, Peche also serves an extensive wine selection and thoughtfully crafted cocktails.

Starting Feb. 10, the restaurant will operate Sunday-Thursday, 5-9 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 5-10 p.m. Lunch service will begin on Wednesday, March 1. Indoor and outdoor seating is available as well as private dining for intimate events.

The restaurant is currently hiring for several positions, including steward, prep cook, line cook, kitchen supervisor and sous chef. To learn more, visit theforumpeachtree.com/jobs/ or emailinfo@pecheforum.com
