As I approached this impressive neighborhood hotel, I could see why it is known as “The Castle on the Hill.” Driving up Peachtree Industrial you can see it majestically perched upon the hill, its roofline jetting up into the sky – an easy place for guests to find.

Director of Sales and Marketing Jessica Coane emerged from the sophisticated lobby of the newly-renovated, 4-star hotel in response to my query about booking a holiday party there.

Celebrate the Season at the Castle on the Hill

There are 14 meeting or event spaces to choose from here. From a small group of 10 people in a meeting room, to big ballrooms, 500-600 at a seated dinner with a dancefloor in the Grand Ballroom, or 1000 for a standing reception, the Hilton has your party needs covered no matter what they may be.

A pre-set auditorium is available for up to 120 attendees. A variety of boardrooms are an option if you are looking to facilitate board meetings.

How About a Holiday Party at The Hilton Atlanta?

Having undergone years of renovations in the rooms, event spaces, lobby, fitness center and pool area, the conveniently located Hilton Atlanta Northeast might be able to check more than one box for us this holiday season!

Are you maxed out at home with the arrival of out-of-town guests? This hotel can make your guests feel at home, providing them with plenty of amenities and a distinct style, in addition to having the perfect event space to meet your holiday party needs, whether you’re planning a corporate event or a family reunion.

Coane offered, “We have excellent food quality scores from guest and meeting surveys. There is a great tenure of associates here: chef, catering service, banquet staff, they know the property well and give great service. There is a unique look to the building, it’s great for pictures. The hallway leading to the restaurant is a popular shot for brides. Complimentary parking, which hotels in town do not offer.”

The Hilton kitchens can offer every possible food restriction you can imagine: “Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, anything. We get it all. It’s very popular nowadays, our chef is well-versed. In fact, we’re doing a tasting right now with a vegan customer,” asserted Coane.

“We will allow a group to bring kosher catering in—if we can’t do it. We can provide recommendations, or we can have you select your own, as long as they have proper licensing for food service.”

You can expect American, classic style foods in the restaurant: anything from a great burger to a flatbread. They are well known for their wings in the restaurant bar area. From a banquet perspective, they provide everything one would expect—steak, fish, chicken—standard banquet food.

Dual entrees are very popular, like steak and seafood, chicken and seafood. They can also do stations around the room at a reception: a carving station, hors d’oeuvres, Italian, Southern—which is popular here—and Mexican. The Hilton offers buffet style as well as plated service for your holiday event.

Book it!

It’s hard to quantify a specific dollar amount for an event because it can encompass many different requirements/details. However, to offer an example, a plated dinner event would be $35 on the low end, $42 for mid-range and $50 on the high end. These prices are per person and service charges and tax would be additional. They do serve alcohol and charge per person pricing for open bar.
